Annual award presentation nights
This is our night for celebrating extraordinary achievements over the previous twelve months. There are over 20 different award categories across all roles within the organisation, and across all states, so there’s an opportunity for anyone in the LJ Hooker family to be a winner. Prizes are awarded to offices as well as individuals and cover all aspects of our business. From Business Growth to Best Business Support and more, there’s something for everyone.
LJ Hooker runs three major training events per year:
Ignite
The Ignite roadshow is held across six states at the beginning of each year. This is your annual opportunity to light the fire for your New Year success kicking off with the exclusive Captain Club breakfast (invite only to our elite performers), a leading Keynote Speaker, Corporate Initiatives Update, Training Session Streams, Franchise Owners State meetings and State Awards
Elevate
Elevate is your mid-year motivational! Held across five states in line with our annual Night of the Stars awards ball with a quality Keynote speaker, corporate update, training breakouts and Franchise Owners meetings as well as a special Captains Club cocktail function pre-Awards night.
Pinnacle
True to its name Pinnacle is the peak of our training and recognition events. Held on Hamilton Island for our top performing Captains, you can win your way there as a part of the Top Gun Sales recognition program, an International award winner or Property Management winner. Pinnacle is the mecca of networking, training and the culmination of our Awards Season with the 2018 International Awards Night.
LJ Hooker FIRE (Females in Real Estate)
LJ Hooker take a leading role in recognising the standing of women in the real estate industry. The FIRE network creates an environment designed to help women with their professional and personal development throughout their careers. FIRE holds regular functions each year and is open to all women in the LJ Hooker network.
Property Investment Management (PIM) Chapter
Designed for Property Managers, the PIM Chapter is an ideal forum to meet and discuss changes to relevant Legislation and current rental market trends. Membership of the PIM Chapter allows Principals and Property
Managers to learn from their peers and grow their rent role and their business.
Cell Meetings / Recognition Events
On a regular basis offices’ within a geographical area get together to network by sharing ideas and working together on strategies to improve their businesses. Regular recognition events are held in many areas which provide great opportunities for all staff to come together to share experiences and celebrate their latest success.
