When you join the LJ Hooker network you will be joining a progressive company that encourages and rewards hard work, dedication and enthusiasm. For over 30 years LJ Hooker has been recognising the achievements from around our network ensuring our winners stand tall and proud.

State, National & International Awards

There are over 20 different performance based award categories across all roles within the organisation, and across all states. Prizes are awarded to offices as well as individuals and cover all aspects of the business.

Champion Medals

The Olympics rewards elite athletes and LJ Hooker rewards their elite every year.  Do you fancy yourself as a gold medalist? If you write over One Million Dollars you will be awarded with a gold medal. In 2017, 19 gold medalists were recognised with another 92 agents taking home a silver or bronze.

Captains Club

There are multiple levels of membership of this prestigious club

We recognise the top 15% of our network with the Captains Club. To reach Captains Club status you must reach $350,000 gross commission income in any consecutive 12 month period.

Our Captains Club tiers go on to recognise and highlight our very top performing sales agents celebrating the top 7 and 2.5% of our network earning over $700,000 and $800,000 respectively.
Captains Club status is also available to our Property Management and Support staff with set criteria and pathway programs for achieving this elite level.

Top Gun
Recognises and rewards the best of the best in Auctions and Sales.
Become a member of the Top Gun class for that year and you will be rewarded with an experience like no other.

Length of Service

Our Length of Service recognition programme acknowledges those who reach 10, 15, 21 and 30 year milestones with LJ Hooker. There are currently over 300 members of the ‘21 Club’.
